A simpleton.
Somewhat lost. Somewhat found.
Somewhat tangled between the devil and the deep blue sea.
Professional
I write stupid codes to build simple products that solve complex problems.
I hold a proven track record of quite a few years of leading multiple software teams & solutions, currently working on decentralized softwares, distributed systems & data-driven solutions. I co-founded Leveor, an interdisciplinary team working with early-stage startups & enterprises. I led protocol research & architected multiple web3 projects as a software engineering manager at a silicon valley-based web3 venture studio. Prior to that, I helped multiple startups to their successful funding rounds from top 100 VC firms - as one of the founding engineers at Shikho & during my affiliations at a few prominent names - Metlife, Brain Station 23, HeavyTask, Algorizin, Berger Paints Ltd, Intelligent Machines & Caretutors.
With years of mentoring in several hackathons, I've been an acting national jury of Bangladesh Robotics Olympiad since 2019. I've also acted as a mentor and jury at several web3 & blockchain events. During my academic years, I somehow bagged 6 international awards, 9 national awards, 4 olympiad titles & 5 research publications.
Personal
Other than all the professional crap above, I identify myself as a panda. Pandas are solitary creatures who prefer the freedom of being alone. Hence, my 3 P's are poetry, photography & pandas. And my 3 M's are music, mochaccino & memes.
The absolutely unnecessary and clueless rhymes with P & M above has nothing to do with my extensive career as a PM/TPM.
